Join the Bolsover Place Programme for a relaxed and inspiring netwalking event, designed to bring together local champions to connect, share stories, and explore the beauty of Hardwick.
🕒 Schedule:
- 10:00 AM – Walk With Us volunteers and Bolsover Place Programme organisers meet at Park Centre to prepare for arrivals. The Park Centre is next to the kiosk and ponds, not the main entrance.
- 10:15 AM – Participants begin arriving (organisers will be on hand to redirect anyone from the top site if needed)
- 10:30 AM – Welcome and introduction, followed by the start of the walk. Kiosk opens for drinks and snacks. Walk leaders and organisers will guide the group, sharing stories of Hardwick and showcasing the ponds
- 11:30 AM – Return to Park Centre/end of walk. Drinks and snacks available again from the kiosk

- October pathways may be muddy—please wear sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing
🚗 Facilities
- Free parking available at Park Centre
- Toilets on site for participant use

📍Directions
To reach Hardwick Hall Park Centre, if you are coming from the M1 turn left onto Mill Lane, but continue on towards the Hardwick Inn and follow the road until you drive under the motorway bridge, rather than turning left again onto Ault Hucknall Lane towards the Main Entrance Drive. Immediately on your left after the bridge, there is a sign for Hardwick Park Centre and if you follow the little road it will bring you to the car park and Hardwick Hall Park Centre.
If you drive past the turn to the Hardwick Inn on your left, you have driven too far.
