Kit List:

• For your safety and for the safety of other walkers in the group, suitable outdoor clothing (waterproof jacket & trousers, extra layers) and sturdy walking boots (i.e. thick tread, with ankle support) recommended.

• Footwear will be checked before departure and if unsuitable, you may be refused access to the walk.

• Rucksack, water bottle, snacks & packed lunch.

NOTE:

All are welcome regardless of religious background or ability.

We want you and those accompanying you to enjoy your experience with us, however walks can, for some people, be a physically challenging.

If you have a medical history of health conditions which could be exacerbated by exercise, for example heart conditions such as angina or heart attack, respiratory conditions such as asthma or emphysema, musculo-skeletal conditions such as back or joint pain or other concerns such as seizures or stroke you may find the walk unsuitable.

If you are living with long term conditions like diabetes, it is your responsibility to make all necessary preparations in advance of the walk.

Walk Leaders cannot be held responsible for the safety of individual walkers on walks organised by the group.

No dogs are permitted.

• New members are welcome to join our group.

• Your first three walks are FREE then a registration fee is payable per walk. Contact us to register your walk places.

• Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Eventbrite and become part of our community, see up-to-date information about each walk we offer and you can sign up to walks and message us for any additional information or help that you need.

• All walks will be advertised on our Facebook page and Eventbrite.

• When you come along for the first time, you will be welcomed and introduced to the leaders and other members of the group.
