Where do I park?

Please walk to the event where possible as the part of Long Causeway near to the school will be coned off to ensure emergency vehicles can easily pass through. If you need to drive please park respectfully away from the coned off zone.

Will there be food?

Yes, Get ready to feast! Wheely Indian will be serving up mouth-watering vegetarian street food, Casa Lasagna is bringing the comfort with both meat and veggie lasagna options, and the PTA will be dishing out sizzling hot dogs and irresistible sweet treats. Come hungry!

Will there be a bar?

Yes, our bar will be serving a refreshing mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks — and every penny raised goes directly to support the school. Sip, support, and make a difference!

Where do the profits of the event go?

All profits raised go to the school to fund books, ipads, coaches for school trips etc. Every Pound Powers a Child’s Potential!

Will there be glow sticks available for the kids?

Yes-Inside the school grounds, kids can grab glowsticks and enjoy vibrant UV face painting — all available for purchase and all supporting the school. Note: any sellers outside the school gates are not part of the event, and their profits won’t benefit the school. Stick with us for the official fun!

Yes, all of the stalls run by the PTA accept card /phone payment.

No smoking or vaping is allowed at the event.

No- For everyone’s safety, sparklers won’t be allowed at the event — but don’t worry, there’ll be plenty of glowing fun inside the school grounds!

Yes- Toilets are available inside the school — just follow the signs and you’ll find them easily.

Can I buy tickets on the gate?

No tickets will be available on the gate. All tickets must be purchased via Eventbrite.
