About this event

You are booking a space to complete an online assessment in the PC Cluster Room on the Ground Floor of the Christopher Ingold Building.

These spaces are very limited. Please be considerate of your fellow students and only reserve this PC if you do not have a suitable alternative at or nearby your home. If spaces are fully booked, visit Where you can take your online assessment on campus. Visit the UCL Maps to find your way around campus.

Note: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. You may need to check your email’s Spam or Junk folder or remove a spam filter to receive it.

Approximately 60 PC spaces in the Christopher Ingold Building are available for booking.

These spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed so we advise you to only use them if you do not have a suitable alternative at or nearby your home.

How to book

  • Click on 'Select a date' at the top of this page, find the date of your assessment and click 'Tickets'
  • Fill out and submit the booking form with your details, using your UCL email address.
  • Check that you have received a booking confirmation email to the email address you provided. Note: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive this email. You may need to check your email’s Spam or Junk folder or remove a spam filter to receive it.

Important notes:

  • You must complete a separate booking form and receive a confirmation email for each time you wish to reserve a PC.
  • We strongly advise you to arrive in good time (at least 30 minutes) before your assessment begins to ensure you have enough time to set up. It is your responsibility to ensure you are ready to start your assessment on time – you will not be granted any additional time if you start your assessment late.
  • Make a note of the room and building you have booked to avoid any last minute stress.
  • You must have access to your Student ID and confirmation email when you arrive for your assessment. You may be asked to provide proof of a valid booking.
  • If you no longer need to use a space you have booked, please cancel it as soon as possible so it can be reserved by another student.
