This evening is about vegetarian cooking inspired by Sri Lankan flavours. There will be snacks to try out, cooking implements on display and books for sale, signed by the author. All profits generated from the sale of books go towards supplying free Solar Powered Lamps to families in Sri Lanka, with little or no access to mains electricity.

The author and editor will talk about her experiences of adopting Sri Lankan food to cook in the UK, over the last 40 years.
