Join us for the hybrid launch of the new book: Applications and Practices for Empowering Neurodivergent Learners at the University of Sunderland in London on Monday, 6 October 2025, from 6.00 pm to 8.15 pm. This unique event brings together scholars, educators, and advocates to celebrate and reflect on innovative approaches to supporting neurodivergent individuals in education and lifelong learning.
The evening will feature introductions by co-editors Dr Nathan Keates and Dr Krysia Waldock, panel presentations by contributing authors, and reflections from key voices in the field. Attendees will gain valuable insights into inclusive teaching strategies, lived experiences, and new ways of thinking about accessibility and empowerment in learning environments.
Whether you're an educator, researcher, student, practitioner, or neurodivergent person yourself, you’ll leave with thought-provoking ideas and practical tools to take forward. The event will also include a demonstration of the book’s companion website and a chance to network over light refreshments.
