The novel is inspired by the great English classic ‘Rebecca’ by Daphne Du Maurier. ‘Charlotte’s End’ can be termed as a historical fiction with a slight gothic touch, set in the background of Second World War, and is based in war time England.
Written by retired IAS offi cer Veena S Rao, the novel is published by Vitasta Publications,New Delhi and was released in India in April 2016.
