The Centre for Constitutions in Context (CCC) is hosting an online roundtable discussion of the new book Courts and LGBTQ+ Rights in an Age of Judicial Retrenchment (OUP, 2025) by Professor Rehan Abeyratne (Western Sydney University).

Professor Brenda Cossman (University of Toronto) and Dr Alex Powell (University of Warwick) will be responding to the book, and CCC co-director Dr Mara Malagodi will be chairing the event.

The roundtable will begin at 2pm BST and run until approximately 3:30pm BST. The event will take place via an MS Teams town hall.
