About this event

Examples of the van use:

-Door to door vaccinations of housebound with the patient having the choice of a home visit or stepping onto the van.

- Pop-up clinics - the vans take away a lot of the time-consuming pop up site estate requirements.

- Safe vaccination at care homes, supported housing units, hostels and day centres.

The 3 units come fully equipped with furniture, storage and hand washing facilities.

The vans have a clear NHS corporate branding and come with a dedicated driver who can drive the van to multiple locations throughout the day.

A staff member can travel on the van in a safe way as the driver is separated by a sealed perspex screen which meets Covid-19 infection prevention control requirements.
