A two hour taster session of improvisation – ideal for beginners and a fun refresher for people with experience too!
There’ll be some games, key skills exercises and lots of fun. Improvisation is based on a deceptively simple set of rules that anyone can learn. Come and meet us and find out how enjoyable an improvisation workshop is and how (if you want it to) it can even make a positive impact on your life at home, at work, and in your relationships.

Your tutor will be Dave Bourn from "Sprout Ideas".
Dave is currently the resident improvisation teacher at University of West London and the Court Theatre Drama School. He started improvising to help reduce his anxiety, and began performing with London Theatresports and Sacred Scriptless in the 90s. He has directed shows by Stephen K Amos, Carey Marx, Felix Dexter and Phil Nichol. The last of which was also nominated for the Perrier award. He has written for many comedians and sketch shows. Before he began ad libbing he gained a BSc in Computer Science at The University of Westminster.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Ages 18+ only.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is a lot a of free parking in the area after 6.30pm on weekday evenings and all day Saturday & Sunday
