a. Research on how brains process pricing information; how simple changes can boost growth

The workshop will be run by Ruth Smith and Ed Dimbylow, directors of the Sustainable Results Lab, which uses research and data to support environmental businesses to grow sustainably. Before setting up the Sustainable Results Lab, Ruth and Ed worked for a top-performing FTSE 100 company where they used the latest tools and techniques to boost growth.

For each of these three areas Ruth will provide an overview of the research and what this means for how we grow our businesses. We’ll then use breakout rooms to work through various exercises, giving you practical examples of how to apply the thinking to your own business.

All delegates will receive resources for further reading and exploration.
