Welcome to the Couples Connection Workshop - Rebuild Communication, Trust, and Emotional Intimacy
Enjoy a day of reconnection, learning and understanding at the beautiful Mandolay Hotel in Guildford town centre.
This workshop offers individuals and couples a safe and supportive space to strengthen their bond, improve communication, and navigate conflict with compassion—guided by Aude Ayliffe & Dilek Bozan, both experienced MBACP psychotherapists and coaches.
A Transformational Therapeutic Workshop for anyone (diverse cultures and LGBTQ+ included) in a romantic relationship who wish to move from disconnection, misunderstanding, or emotional distance to a place of clarity, empathy, and renewed closeness. Through psychoeducation, experiential exercises, and reflective discussions, you will gain insight into your relational patterns and learn tools to foster deeper understanding and intimacy.
Through interactive activities and guided conversations, you will:
- Learn active listening skills to truly hear and be heard.
- Explore how to manage conflict with empathy and mutual respect.
- Practise Heart Talk—a structured way to express feelings safely.
- Discover ways to reconnect when life’s demands get in the way.
- Understand triggers and unmet needs that can lead to disconnection.
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with practical tools, renewed emotional connection, and a stronger sense of partnership.
