Boost Your Resilience and Wellbeing
Event Information
About this Event
Looking after our resilience and wellbeing is really important in all that we face in life. If we know ways in which we can strengthen our ability to deal with what we experience throughout our lives, then that will help our overall mental health and how we interact with one another in positive and meaningful ways.
The event, led by those at Talking Change, will cover:
- What is resilience?
- What are the barriers to resilience
- Helpful, practical steps
- A mindfulness exercise
- Q&A session
The event on Friday 29 January, 10.30am-12pm is open to all. We would love to see you there. Please do share these details with anyone you feel would benefit from this session.
