This workshop explores the Positive Intelligence® approach to building mental fitness that allows you to face work and life with a positive mindset, staying focused and clear-headed even in the midst of the most challenging and stressful circumstances.

The 1-hr online workshop, led by Karen Boyd, Positive Intelligence® coach and Founder of Miabo Coaching, will show you how to strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quieten the part that sabotages you.

About me
I am a career and mental fitness coach passionate about supporting you to optimise your performance and happiness in your career (and life!).
I am a qualified coach (accredited by the Association for Coaching) and have been trained in the Positive Intelligence® methodology (PQ Coach) by the founder, Shirzad Chamine.
For years I was a high achiever and perfectionist and constantly pushed myself to achieve and deliver, at the expense of my happiness and wellbeing. What I’ve learned through Mental Fitness is that you can improve your performance and results AND feel happier at the same time. If you build strong mental muscles, you can handle whatever challenges life/work throws at you without getting stressed and frustrated, resulting in better performance, greater wellbeing and improved relationships.
