As part of the British Heart foundations Heart health month we have developed this free workshop to give simple, accessible ideas on how to support physical wellbeing at work. During this one hour bitesize session we will explore ways to boost your immunity, eat the right foods to keep you energised, getting a good night sleep and how to fit exercise in to your busy schedule. The session will explore approaches, ideas and techniques to not only support your own physical wellbeing but also your teams and the wider workplace.
Whether you are working from home, furloughed, looking for work or working on the front-line in a keyworker role, there has never been a more important time to take all the steps we can to keep our bodies healthy.
The more we can do to invest in our physical wellbeing, the better chance we have of staying well.

RCS delivers workplace wellbeing training all year-round, usually in the form 2-3 hour workshops. We have condensed our Physical Wellbeing session down to this 30-minute webinar, with an option to access further support later on , if your business operates in Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd or Anglesey.
Our In Work Support Service provides free wellbeing support and therapies for employed and self-employed people, and supports small and medium sized business to improve wellbeing in the workplace. The In Work Support Service is part-funded by European Social Funding through Welsh Government.
