Boot Camp sessions are specifically designed to develop your strength, speed, fitness, muscle tone and reduce body fat.
Sessions take place on our specially built boot camp area which include battle ropes, pull up bars and dip bars, as well as using the assault course itself.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm
£8 per session - Sign up online OR pay cash on arrival
