Bootcamp Yoga is a kickass workout combining a dynamic yoga flow with fun, high intensity, endorphin boosting cardio to challenge and move your body in new ways. It’s jam packed with yoga flow, cardio drills and core movements to strengthen and tone your body from head to toe. Our tunes are uplifting and motivating for maximum sweat and stretch. Perfect if you love sweaty bootcamp, HIIT and circuit style training…and of course yoga!
Post-class, high five your buddies and head to the Rude Health Brunch Bar to refuel the right way with a selection of mueslis, granolas, nut milks and snack bars. Hydrate with cold-pressed WOW chia juices.
