You can bring your own picnic and soft drinks (in plastic bottles/cartons), but no alcohol will be permitted and bags etc will be searched before entry. We recommend you bring your own sealed bottles of water for all attendees.

Yes, every attendee must have secured a ticket prior to arrival - this is for insurance purposes as we can only have a limited number of people at the event. Please select their free ticket when purchasing others.

Yes, we will be operating a challenge 25 policy at the bar so it is advisable to bring your ID so you don't get refused.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for tickets as this is a fundraising event. You can only receive a refund if the event is cancelled by the organisers.

The majority of stall holders have card machines, so will accept card payments. The bar and will also accept card payments. Please note there are no cash machines on site.

We have a zero tolerance policy for substance misuse, searches will take place at the entrance if felt necessary and anyone found in possession of substances will be reported to the Police. Stop and search procedures will be in place at the event.
