As a Fellow of the UK’s Society of Botanical Artists and member of botanical societies such as the Eden Project Florilegium and the American Society of Botanical Artists, Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to this workshop.
Get back to basics as we commence with pen sketches, immersing ourselves in the intricacies of the subject (a chosen flower in season), and understanding its every curve and detail. Dawn will highlight the challenges inherent in capturing botanical accuracy, fostering discussions and offering invaluable insights along the way.

Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided as well as all materials needed for the day and to take home. This kit will include 3 artist quality watercolour brushes, 3 pencils, a small set of Winsor & Newton professional level watercolour paints and professional artist level watercolour paper.
