Botanical Casting Workshop - Mackintosh at the Willow, Glasgow
Overview
Join us for this unique opportunity to unleash your creativity at Mackintosh at the Willows. Opened in 1903 this A-Listed building was designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh and is last surviving tea rooms. Throughout the day we will be celebtrating the Glasgow style by designing and making some beautiful botanical floral plaster casts.
This whole day event (10.30am-4.00pm) includes a brief guided tour of the building, a morning of learning techniques and experimentations, a lunch break with soup and sandwiches provided and finally an afternoon of creating your masterpiece!
This workshop is suitable for all abilities, no prior experience is required as we will guide you through the process step-by-step.
