Join Redress Laboratory for a hands-on creative workshop at the Islington Sustainability Fair!

Discover the art of botanical fabric painting using RAWprint’s handmade, plant-based paints – an eco-friendly alternative to chemical dyes.

🎨 What you’ll do:

  • Experiment with block printing, freehand drawing, and stencils on fabric.
  • Learn how natural pigments can transform textiles.
  • Take home your own unique fabric piece, designed by you!

✨ No experience needed – this is a fun, accessible workshop for all ages. All materials are provided.

No – all materials are provided, including fabrics, brushes, and paints. Just bring your creativity!

Can I bring my own fabric to paint?

Yes, if you’d like to bring a small item (like a cotton tote bag, napkin, or scarf), you can. We’ll also provide pre-mordanted fabrics ready to use.

Are the paints safe?

Yes – RAWprint paints are made from natural, plant-based pigments and are non-toxic.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking online to guarantee your spot, as places are limited. However, we’ll also welcome drop-ins if space allows.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, Islington Assembly Hall is fully accessible. If you have specific access needs, please get in touch beforehand so we can support you.
