Botanical Sketchbook Workshop in the Nene Wetlands (8th December)

Join Botanical Artist and illustrator Sophie Smith for a relaxed workshop indoors illustrating winter foliage by layering brush pens with coloured pencil.

• No drawing experience necessary- it’s about using the sketchbook to stop, look and get hands on with nature, whilst also meeting like minded people and enjoying wildlife in our group.
• Sophie will have all the materials you need for this workshop. You will be given a sketchbook for your drawings but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Sophie Smith is a Botanical Artist and Illustrator based in Northamptonshire, specialising in coloured pencil. A graduate of the Society of Botanical Artists, she has had works exhibited at the Mall Galleries in London and is also an active member of Northants Open Studios.
