Suzanne Hart, Senior Account Manager, has worked at Zendesk 5 years helping companies improve agent productivity whilst still delivering excellent customer experiences.

Suzanne works with some of the UK's fastest growing technology companies to develop their customer support strategies and continually improve the user journey for their customers.

Prior to Zendesk, Suzanne spent 14 years working as a Customer Service Manager and so understands the challenges faced by Support teams.
