Bounceback is a programme designed to work with employers and employees to create a nurturing environment within business.
Returning to work after any period of time away is never straight forward. We rarely give ourselves time to think through all implications that change can bring which creates lots of unknowns which can impact on our working life.
This programme is designed to offer support, techniques and a space to reflect and prepare for changes that will occur when returning to work.
