Workshop Overview:
Almost 8 in 10 workers are affected by workplace stress and between 40-85% of 'helping professionals' experience vicarious trauma. This workshop will enhance your knowledge around boundaries, promote employee wellbeing, and create safe and inclusive work spaces.
We have created an impactful 2 hour workshop designed to help you understand how to create and maintain personal and professional boundaries, understand collusion and workplace power dynamics, explore vicarious trauma and how to prevent it, and learn self-care practices to strengthen wellbeing. Through expert insights, meaningful discussions, and interactive activities, you'll learn how to manage your own wellbeing and create work spaces where people can thrive.

- Anyone with an interest in the subject, including safeguarding leads, HR employees, managers, support workers or anyone concerned about creating safe and inclusive spaces.
- Participants must be over 16 years old.

- A stable internet connection.
- A computer or mobile device with access to Zoom.
- A private space (or headphones) to join the workshop from.
