Boundaries aren’t just spoken, they’re felt. Your body already knows your YES and your NO. The problem is, most of us were taught to override those signals to keep the peace, avoid rejection or smooth things over.

This workshop is about bringing boundaries back into your body.

Through the Power pillar of my Pace, Power & Pleasure framework, you’ll learn how to sense your limits in real time, and find words that honour both you and the connection.

This isn’t about rigid rules. It’s about boundaries that feel relational, compassionate and sustainable, so you don’t burn out from over-giving or abandoning yourself.
