The Civil Service aim is to be the most inclusive UK employer and supporting senior ethnic diversity is a key part of this.

Statistics show proportionately there are fewer representatives from an ethnic minority background the higher up the grades you go.

This event is to encourage all, but particularly those from a BAME heritage on their leadership journey.

The day will be a mixture of networking, hearing inspiring BAME leadership journeys and top tips for progression.

There will also be a mixed panel discussion from a number of professions.
