Bournemouth 2026 Trust is holding its Annual Conference & AGM on
23 November 2016
Theme: 10 years on and half way there!
What can you expect at this event?

- An excellent opportunity to network with other Bournemouth 2026 members and to find out more about services our members provide.
- An opportunity to help shape the Trust's future

This event is free to attend for those organisations that are Bournemouth 2026 Trust members. Individual Trust members are asked to pay a small ticket price to cover the cost of catering. If your organisation chooses to join Bournemouth 2026 Trust either before or within 28 days of attendance at the conference then your conference fee will be waived.
The event will include the formal annual general meeting for members of Bournemouth 2026 Trust. Each organisation attending is entitled to one vote, individual members have a vote. Non members are welcome to attend but will not have a vote.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Please consider travelling to the conference by bus, bike or car sharing. Visit http://www.gettingabout.co.uk for information about travel to the location.
Is the venue accessible?
We are able to reserve spaces should you require accessible parking. If you have any special dietary/access requirements or need reserve parking please let us know on your registration form. Accessible toilets are located on the same level near to the room where the conference will take place.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Registration is transferrable to another person in your organisation. Please let us know about the change so we can produce a conference badge for you.
What is the refund policy?
We will provide a refund, less any Eventbrite or Paypal fees as long as we have 24 hour notice of the cancellation.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes the ticket is transferrable to another person in your organisation. Please let us know about the change so we can produce a conference badge.
Can I bring along a stand and materials to promote my organisation?
Yes, we will have an exhibition space for stands and materials but space is limited and for Bournemouth 2026 Trust members only. Please let Clare Hirst know if you would like to bring a stand ring 01202 392053 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
