High-intensity, high-cardio, group kickboxing class, paired with high energy pumping music and body weight exercises; providing a challenging and empowering full body workout in 60 minutes.
Classes combine shadowboxing, general technique, and pad work as well as other elements of interval and endurance training, mixing in body weight exercises and core conditioning; all necessary to make one leaner, fitter and more toned.
