Box & Flow with CocoPro
Join CocoPro for the Ultimate Saturday Social - an afternoon of fitness, fun and tropical refreshments. We're excited to join forces with Flykick to deliver the first event of our newly launched CocoPro'gramme: The health & wellness series.
BOX: The event will kick off with Flykick's signature 6-step workout; a beginner session designed to maximise results with a combined focus on the mind, body and kickboxing.
FLOW: You'll then be given an introduction to Animal Flow by movement coach Rachel Thompson. Animal Flow is an innovative floor-based session, combining effective stretching with 'four-legged' motions - a brilliant way to improve your mobility and strength. Event partner Lululemon will be providing the comfort with their beautiful yoga mats!
REFUEL: Join us afterwards for CocoPro refuel smoothies, deliciously tasty and energising snacks from WheyHey and Boost Balls plus Lorna Jane's activewear pop-up with exclusive discounts of up to 40% off.
Open and accessible to all, whatever your fitness level or ability.
Timings
Please arrive no later than 12.10pm at the Flykick studio *you will need to allow time to purchase wraps if you don't have your own
12.30-1.20pm Signature Flykick class
1.30-2.10pm Animal Flow with Rachel Thomson
2.15pm-4pm Refuel, energise, pamper and shop!
Price
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have purchased a ticket you will need to create a Flykick account in order to be admitted to the event.
£15 per person *please bring wraps along with you, otherwise these can be purchased on the day for £5.
Ticket price includes: Signature Flykick class, Animal Flow session, complimentary smoothies, snacks & skincare samples, exclusive activewear discount PLUS a luxury CocoPro goodie bag worth £50.
