Open to all + no prior boxing / yoga knowledge necessary

Stress-related health challenges are becoming more and more common with the demands of modern day living. Chronic stress can have huge impacts on our health, our relationships, our sleep and our ability to maintain a level of self-care.

In this two hour workshop we will:
- look at how stress affects our nervous system
- identify what the key stresses are in our life / the key triggers
- look at how you in particular react to stress
- discuss tools we can use to manage our stresses including exercise and breathwork

It may seem like an odd combination, but we believe that boxing combined with yoga and mindfulness is the perfect recipe for a strong and powerful body and mind.

The workshop will start with a 20 minute introduction, before a stress-releasing 50 minute boxing session, followed by a deep and relaxing yin yoga class, where the focus will be on how the practice helps us to drop into our rest and digest (parasympathetic nervous system).

Yoga + boxing suitable for all levels. Gloves + yoga mats will be provided.

Timings:
Arrive at 6.45pm for 7pm start
7:00-7:20pm: Introduction
7:20-8:10pm: Boxing session
8:10-9:00pm Yin yoga session
