Box to Belive is a unique 12 step programme combining boxing and brain science to help you overcome your interanal opponents and develp the mindset of a fighter

Boxing

Boxing is renowned for being one of the most effective workouts around. Not only does it provide an all over workout and burn maximum calories but it's also a workout for the mind. Learning technique keeps your brain focussed and there's no doubt that punching brings maximum stress relief. It literally gives you a break from whatevers going on in your head by bringing your attention back to the present moment. You actually change your brain set and become human again.

The thing that will get you hooked about boxing though is that it's fun. You will find yourself looking forward to every session rather than dreading going to the gym. It's that consistnecy that will get you results.

Mindset

To win a fight a boxer needs the right training, nutrition and mindset. She needs to know what she's aiming for and how to lanf the winning shots. He needs a defence for every punch that could come at him, support from his corner and a plan of attack. Most importantly she needs to believe she can win.

Whether you want to make changes to your body or make bigger changes to your life - it all comes down to mindset and overcoming your own self doubt

Most of the time we are our own biggest opponent. Stress and overwhlem have simply become a habit and we go through life reacting to lifes punches not beleiving we can have what we really want

Box to Believe shows you to train your brain like a fighter and re-programme your brain for success

  • You'll learn how to change your state and move out of stress, overwhlem and anxiety and access the right part of your brain to work on your goals
  • How to have unstopable confidence by having complete clarity in who you are and what you believe in
  • Pick your shots and dont waste energy going after things that you don't truly believe in
  • Why you need a team in your corner and for ultimate success
  • Master your defence so you dont get taken down by lifes punches
  • Finally plan your attack to get everything you want out of 2018

This half day workshop begins with a mindful boxing session followed by 'brain training' seminar on the box to believe system

Boxing session is suitable for beginners or anyone new to exercise as well as expereinced participants

Saturday (1pm-5pm)

1pm Welcome and Introduction to Box to Beleive principles

1.30pm-2.30pm Boxing session

2.30pm-4pm Mindset and Motivation - Understand your brain and the things that get in the way. Neuroscicne techniques to reprogramme your brain and get out of your own way

4pm-5pm Set up your shots. Set your own goals and action plan for 2018
