The Manchester Business and Property Courts Forum is delighted to invite you to a seminar delivered by Sam Bumby from Eversheds Sutherland and Qasver Khan from 23 Essex Street Chambers, who will be providing an update on recent caselaw and trends in the areas of defamation, reputation protection and data privacy law and considering how best companies, organisations and individuals can navigate these complex issues and come out with their reputations intact.

This is the latest event in a series which the Forum is hosting in 2025, the aim of which is to provide junior practitioners with an overview of a particular topic as well as to provide an update and discussion on recent pertinent cases.

The event will be in-person only, being held at 23 Essex Street Chambers. This event will start at 8:30am and finish at 9:15am with coffees and pastries available from 8:15am.
