About this event

This FREE Womens workshop will focus on improving body confidence and body awareness when doing daily activities, by using Pilates principles and Yoga movements. Taught by an experience qualifies teacher with over 20 years practice.

In this session you will be privy to features that you can immediately use to improve your connection with your body.

Yoga has many golden facets, one is the movement. The movement in turn is always attuned to the breath and thought.

My name is Yoga Yv Greaves. I came into yoga through Pilates to managed my daily aches and pains brought on through exercise, aging and injury. Now as a middle aged I have explored a range of skills.

I found many golden nuggets in my 20 years that develop a kind approach to movement.

You are invited to join my 4 week programme to gain this knowledge from my training to help feel more joy with everyday body activities.
