Amber Edwards is a hygienist from Devon with over 10 years experience.
She has a keen interest in posture due to experiencing severe work related back and neck pain shortly after graduating. After trying a yoga class to see if it would help she fell in love with the practice and completed her teacher training in 2018.
She owns a Watersports school with her partner in Cornwall where they teach kitesurfing and paddleboarding along with her yoga and aerial fitness.
