Event description
AICDP Netherlands Event - BPO & SSC Engagement – from a Credit Management Perspective

About this Event

The Association of International Credit Directors has joined forces with The Dutch Credit Management Association to hold a day event focussing on the transition of businesses moving from de-centralised business models to Shared Service Centres and indeed, outsourcing Order to Cash to Business Process Outsource companies offshore.

The Credit & Risk Industry, leading Credit Managers and Credit Directors, recognise that with these types of migration projects, come issues for evaluation and resolution. Whilst there are cost savings to be made in both SSC and BPO transition; it is important to balance savings made in head count and operational process against customer experience and mitigating loss in customer revenue.

The ‘BPO/SSC Summit’ meeting we are holding, seeks to explore the common trials and tribulations Credit Management have faced– importantly, what has been the best route to resolution and success stories.Join AICDP for the next Netherlands Country Group meeting on the 12th November at Altares Offices in Rotterdam
