Transactional analysis is a theory of human behaviour and communication. Leading organisations and professionals invest in coaching techniques to improve employee engagement, motivation and talent development and also dispute resolution. Transactional Analysis is one of the theories/techniques that are used successfully to help understand employees and enable them to reach their potential.
In Good Company would now like to invite you to come along to an interactive session where you will learn about why TA is so powerful in the workplace and for HR professionals by learning the theory and then exploring it with your peers. You will learn about origins and patterns of behaviour and how to influence others by making conscious choices. Jo Wheatly and Zoe Hawkins are founders of In Good Company.
Drawn together with a passion for learning and helping others in 2010 they decided it was time to partner up and launch “In Good Company”, to take what they have learned throughout their HR Careers and apply it to helping people and organisations flourish:
Jo has extensive experience of Human Resources Management at Director level. She is a strategic thinker who is able to hold complexity and identify and analyse solutions from a range of perspectives. She has experience across the private, public and third sector both as employee and consultant.
Jo is a qualified Life, Business and Executive Coach, a qualified mediator and European Excellence Model assessor. She is a fellow of the CIPD and has a law degree and a Masters in Personnel and Development.
Jo’s approach is person centred, and focused on empowering others to achieve exceptional results. She has a successful track record in developing individual, team and organisational awareness and ensure alignment with core values. Her motivation and energy is infectious and inspiring.
Zoe’s career was in Human Resource Management and included Learning and Development, Talent Management and Organisation Development. She has worked within the private sector for both small and large companies, her last role was at a Global Level for an International FMCG Organisation.
With a passion for learning Zoe has achieved a first class degree in Commerce and a Masters in Personnel and Development, she is also a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner a Performance Coach and is certified in various psychometrics tools. All of this is combined to deliver inspirational learning experiences.
Zoe is a natural problem solver, cutting through complexity to find simple solutions. She is passionate about enabling people lead fulfilling lives both inside and outside of work, and believes that people have unlimited potential to be the best that they can be.

Thames Valley Branch is one of the largest CIPD branches in the country with over 4,300 members across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and North Hampshire.
We aim to support, inform and inspire everyone who has an interest in people management in the Thames Valley area.
