It is necessary that academia continuously evaluates its development strategies to deliver evidenced-informed, innovative practice to maximise impact. Quality Education, Gender Equality, and Reduce Inequalities, 3 of the 17 SDGs are championed by many higher education institutions worldwide, but are campuses improving? Central to this is the understanding of concepts of institutional trust and the emotional labour of the minoritised within academia and co-creation of solution to address these in our practice.
The Brad-ATTAIN Learning Circle Event is an opportunity for universities to explore ways of embedding EDI in research, systems and culture to understand and strategise solutions to key themes in relation to inclusivity in higher education and research.
The event will promote cooperation and knowledge transfer across the UK and with our WTUN partners concerning projects at each institution that are tackling their evidence-based barriers to a more diverse and inclusive student experience.
Full programme to be announced soon.
