It will be run by the Parent education midwives at BRI for women and partners birthing at Bradford. We will cover -

Responding to baby – antenatal/ in the womb, talking, singing, stroking, reading and when born. Brain development and continuing to grow baby.

Changes to me us – preparing for the early days- seeing life through your baby’s eyes

Immediate postnatal period – skin to skin contact – what decisions to make re screening.

Postnatal period – Our health and wellbeing- physical and mental health
