Changes to me us – preparing for the early days- seeing life through your baby’s eyes

Immediate postnatal period – skin to skin contact – what decisions to make re screening.

Postnatal period – Our health and wellbeing- physical and mental health

Who is there for us? Coping strategies. Looking after our relationship
