How will the course run?

We will be in a big group together initially and then split into two classes. One group will be for the introduction and intermediate level and the other for intermediate and advanced level.

Will there be parking at the centre?

Yes, there are two underground car parks for you to park your car.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is modest casual. Most importantly to be comfortable and conservative.

Will lunch be provided?

Yes, lunch will be served at 12.30pm. The Brahma Kumaris emphasise that nourishing the body with food transcends mere physical sustenance; it's a holistic practice that intertwines physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual well-being.

The foundation has been created in memory of the father and grandfather of members of the founding team. Hemraj Goyal arrived in the UK from India fifty years ago with the vision of a better life for his family. This vision, as well as his hard work and determination, has inspired not only his children but his grandchildren, friends and extended family to have boundless ambition. The growth of the foundation has led to HGF being an established and recognised charity in the public field.
