Brain Body Health Hacks are hour long sessions providing insight into how our brain processes link to our body experiences and how we can influence them for a healthier being.

Central to each session is science, explaining how we can effectively support ourselves in being healthier and happier, potentially preventing illness through making some small lifestyle changes.

Each session knits together facts of how the human body and brain work with current and ongoing research, offering attendees opportunity to access the latest insights into health optimisation. Consideration of illnesses that may be as a result of imbalances are made, along with steps that can be taken to address them.
