A Gong Sound Bath is an hour of deep relaxation, lying down in Heart Rest Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations of the Gongs, Shamanic Drums, and Ocean Drum being played. Allowing the sound to flow through you, takes you on a journey of deep relaxation, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually; helping with stress relief, fatigue, healing and clearing of negativity in our energy fields.Open to all, newcomers welcome.

* What to bring:~

Padded Yoga/Exercise Mat, small pillow for under head, large pillow or bolster for under knees & 2 warm blankets (or duvet), eye pillow & water bottle

* Please arrive in plenty of time, as we will start on time at 7.30pm ~ sorry no late comers allowed after starting & the door is closed, so to avoid disturbing the sound energy in the space.

* Important Note ~ Sound Energy vibration is NOT recommended for during pregnancy or people fitted with pace makers; or if you have epilepsy or sound induced seizures. Do please get in touch if unsure.
