As a business owner, you'll want to build your reputation and grow your business in a strategic and focused way, so understanding what your brand is and developing a clear set of brand values is an invaluable exercise to help you achieve this.

Your brand influences every part of how you run your business: From your marketing messages, to the way in which you deliver your products and services, even your decisions on business opportunities and what to say no to.


In this workshop you will be get the opportunity to:

  • Define what your brand and what your brand values are

  • Learn how to use your brand values to attract the customers / clients you want

  • Learn a practical framework to help you embed your brand values within every part of your business in order to promote consistency of quality and standards and protect your reputation
