• Are you aware of all your legal governance obligations?
• Do you want to demonstrate clearly, that you’re an equal and diverse business or want to know how to get there?
Come to this skills session where you can gain real tools to answer these questions and use governance to affect real change in your business. Delivered by RIO and the Zebra Collective this session will equip you with the tools and resources to ensure you are meeting legal obligations, have an active Equality & Diversity Action Plan model and know where to access further support.
This event is being delivered as part of the Braver Recruitment series of events and support by RIO as part of the Cultivator programme. The Braver Recruitment programme offers support, skills development, innovation labs and incentives to enable creative businesses and young people from diverse backgrounds to explore and find alternative routes to experiencing and working in the creative industries in Cornwall.
Zebra Collective are experts in this area of work, having delivered equality training for multifarious organisations over 15 years, from large statutory authorities through to large national voluntary sector organisations through to small grass roots groups.
