About this event

In this class you'll learn the basics of bread making. It's a hands on class, and you will take away your bakes with you.

  • Get to grips with yeast and other raising agents
  • Learn the techniques of kneading, proving and shaping
  • Score your bread to personalise it
  • Learn to make a variety of breads, that will give you confidence to try new recipes yourself.
  • Discover what's in commercial breads

This is a fun, relaxed yet informative class which has been tried and tested, in fact we've taught over 1000 people to bake so far!
