Description
So many people have asked us if we could run a bread-making class at the Larder and it’s only now that we have our dedicated Tasting Room and Bakery that we’re able to meet this demand.
So we’re really delighted to announce that our Head Chef Brian Padmore has put together a duo of bread making workshops, one focusing on great British breads - Crusty White, Traditional Granary, Soda Bread and Fruit Scones, and another on the exciting European tradition of bread making, including Foccacia, “Classic” French Baguette, Rustic German Bread and Swedish Cinnamon Swirls.
We will enjoy a light lunch (included in price) in the tasting room after the class.
British Breads: 28th February 2019, 25th April 2019, 27th June 2019 & 7th November 2019.
European Breads: 28th March 2019, 30th May 2019 & 26th September 2019.
Please bring an apron, something to tie long hair back if required and a tub to transport scones or Cinnamon Swirls home.
