Description

Making bread, pizza and focaccia at home has never been so simple!

Join us for an incredible experience.

Our Chef Gabriele Bagni will share with you all the secrets for the perfect results.

The focus is on learning about baking with ancient grains which are more nutritious and better for you.

You will learn the techniques to make the bread and focaccia using spelt flour with and without yeast.

At the end of the class, there will be a chance to take your own creation at home.


Please note: drinks are not included but you can purchase them at one of Mercato Metropolitano's numerous stalls.
