About this event
Our all-day Bread Workshop is your chance to learn how to make serious bread. It's a hands-on, in-depth and powerful baking class. In our brand new school space, you'll make four incredible loaves of bread from scratch, including our house sour, a 100% rye and a focaccia. We'll teach you all about sourdough and yeast, breaking down the process, debunking the myths and equipping you with a strong foundation in bread skills. We'll also give you some of our own sourdough starter and instructions on how to maintain it.
All day courses come with a goody bag filled with a dough scraper, recipe pack and more. We'll serve you a ridiculously delicious lunch with beer from our neighbours at 40ft Brewery. Please be aware you will be leaving with dough and starter to take home to put in the fridge.

***Covid Regulations
The school has undergone some changes in light of the ongoing coronavirus situation:
- Masks are voluntary
- increased ventilation
- all breaks taken outside, if possible
- increased hand washing/sanitisation
If you have contracted Covid-19 please email us with the following information and we will book you on to the next available class within the month of your COVID results. If classes are sold out for that month, we will book you onto the next available class of the following month only. Failure to attend reschedule classes forfeits your ticket and you will have to purchase a new ticket for a new class.
