IMPORTANT: To access this Group Interview Session you should have already registered your interest in becoming a Volunteer Mentor on our website.

You will get the chance to meet the core team and other potential volunteer mentors. You will be asked questions about:

• Your motivation
• Your understanding of the challenges young refugees face in the UK
• Your commitment and availability to support young refugees during the programme
• Previous experience that would help you mentor a young refugee
  
  Please also keep in mind the actual Kick-Off Induction Training will be face-to-face in our Brixton offices. We need you to train with us in person to be able to join our programme.
