Join us on this wellness experience taking you through three transformative sessions, exploring how to “Break the Body Code” through biological, emotional, and identity-led insights.



The day begins with a welcome drink followed by the first workshop by Najib who helps you decode food cravings, liberate yourself from emotional and biological loops and guides you back to your natural rhythm. Wajeeha will guide you to uncover and shift emotional patterns holding you back, and Tia shows how to express your authentic self through style and confidence with the mindset shift that instantly transforms your style without buying anything new.


This isn’t just learning, this is shared conversatio, in a supportive space with experts there to help you to feel empowered and seen: as you enter the holidays centred, and ready to step into the new year with confidence and alignment.



Event Flow:

Session 1 - 11am-11.50am - The Art of Food Freedom by Najib Khan: A powerful, eye-opening session for anyone who feels stuck in cycles of cravings, low energy, or emotional eating… without ever understanding why. Join the workshop and you'll never see food or yourself the same way again.


Session 2 - 12pm-12.50pm - Breaking the Emotional Code Beneath the Body Code by Wajeeha Khan: You’ll learn how to spot your personal emotional default setting in real time, understand what it’s trying to protect, and start breaking the cycle without fighting yourself.


Session 3 - 1pm - 1.50pm - Style the Confidence You've Been Hiding by Atiya (Tia) Bhunnoo: This talk isn't about dressing for your shape, it's about decoding the beliefs that shape you. Through a fresh, radical approach to style psychology, you'll earn how to stop shrinking, stop hiding, and start using style as a tool to express your boldest identity. This is where confidence stops being an idea and becomes something you can see, feel, and wear.

In this session, Wajeeha will unpack how emotional patterns get “written” into the nervous system through early experiences, relationships, and survival roles, and how they keep replaying as overthinking, people-pleasing, shutdown, or constant pressure to be “fine.” You’ll learn how to spot your personal emotional code in real time, understand what it’s trying to protect, and start breaking the cycle without fighting yourself. When you understand your emotional pattern, you stop being run by it, and you get to choose your next move from the real you, not the scared you.
